Evenings are heavenly at Capella Lodge, as guests sip on sunset drinks and savour canapés in the bar or watch the sun slip over the horizon from Gowers Terrace. It's a magic time to reflect on the day and to share experiences with like-minded guests. Dinner at Capella is a daily-changing delight, with three course menus offering choice to cater for everyone's tastes and perfectly balanced in both flavour and quantity. Fresh, regional produce is showcased in every menu, offering a light, island-style combination of flavours to refresh and invigorate.

The riches of the surrounding Pacific feature daily, with local kingfish, tuna and squid a highlight. Fresh Yamba prawns and Nambucca oysters are a treat, and boutique farmed meats and local free-range chicken complement fresh salads and delicately steamed vegetables. Vegetarian options are fresh and flavoursome and include organic island greens and house-made pastas. Delicious daily-baked breads and lodge-churned ice-creams add an artisan feel to the menu. Finish with a sumptuous dessert or fine cheese selection. Dinner is served with a choice of premium wines suggested to complement the evening's menu.
