Hotel Allrounder (Housekeeping and Food & Beverage)

Do you have an eye for detail?

As a Hotel All-rounder you will spend time in both the restaurant and housekeeping, creating an amazing all-round experience for our guests!

Dining at Capella Lodge is at once refined and generous, sophisticated and relaxed, international and island-inspired. It’s a celebration of fine local produce, with an abundance of fresh line-caught fish, island-grown greens and foraged coastal herbs.

The restaurant opens to spectacular views of the lagoon and mountains, offering an idyllic backdrop for dining at every occasion throughout the day.

We require a well-presented, talented F & B Professional to look after guests from around the world.

Skills & Experience

  • RSA Certificate
  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Great communication skills & outgoing personality
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure

You will also be responsible for offering a high quality customer service experience by maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and service areas. Involving but not limited to changing bed linen, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and restocking amenities. Make our guests feel right at home!
