Join our devoted Kitchen brigade
Cuisine at Capella Lodge is designed to promote the fresh island flavours of superb local and regional produce. A surprising harvest springs from this tiny, pristine island blessed with rich soils and bountiful waters and from Capella’s own kitchen garden. We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to work with the Executive Chef and small kitchen team to produce the fabulous food that our discerning guests appreciate. The competitive salary package includes accommodation and all meals.
